Wearing Instructions:
Step 1: Loosen straps and position the centre of back support in the lumbar area.
Step 2: Fasten the front elastic panels snugly
Step 3: Pull the elastic reinforcement straps to tighten, then secure them to the front panels.
Washing Instructions:
